Fits Ducar, Tillotson 212cc, Ghost 212 and Predator 224cc engines

Note：Not fit GX200, Clone 196 or Predator 212 Pistons with .709 wrist pins

Product Overview:

3.308" Standard Length Billet Rod for 212cc – ARC precision-machined 7075-T6 heat treated aluminum. Fits 1.180" crankshaft/.716" wrist pin, comes with bearings and ARP bolts.

Installation Instructions:

Measure crank pin diameter (1.1795-1.180") with outside mic; check roundness (≤.0005").

Align rod: part number side faces side cover, oiling holes face cam; match rod beam/cap dots .

Clean bearing/rod serrations; install bearing by lining up tangs with rod cutouts.

Lubricate rod bolt threads with motor oil, hand-tighten. Tighten to 60" Inch/lbs, then alternate sides adding 20" lbs at a time to 150" Inch/lbs.

Measure rod bore (1.1795-1.180") or use plasti gauge for oil clearance (.0025-.0035"). 

Lubricate bolts, bearings, crank journal, wrist pin with engine oil . Final torque rod bolts to 170" Inch/lbs.
