Shipping

  • I always send the item with a tracking number. 
  • Free SPEEDPAK ECONOMY shipping, may take 3-10 days to dispatch. Up to 3 weeks to deliver after dispatch.
  • Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
  • Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • This item is a Japanese crane game prize, not a retail product. Minor imperfections such as small dents, scratches, or individual differences may occur.
  • Returns for buyer preferences (box condition, small marks, size, or typical prize-item imperfections) are not accepted.
  • If the item arrives damaged (Damage on Arrival / DOA), you must provide clear photos of the following:
    the damaged area of the item/ the outer shipping box/ the inner packaging materials/ and the shipping label
  • Photo evidence is required before any solution, refund, or return approval can be offered.
  • For buyer-initiated returns (when the seller is not at fault), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Import duties and the original shipping fee are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Any damage or missing components during return shipping may result in a reduced refund or refusal.
  • Please contact us before starting a return request so we can assist you properly.
