When inserting the cartridge to the Atari computer cartridge slot, make sure the side that has the copyright notice is FACING you when looking at the console directly.

What EEPROM does this cartridge board support? This cartridge board is designed to support ONLY the 27C256 EPROM/EEPROM, which is a 28-pin PDIP and has 32KB. You can buy the 27C256 EPROM One-Time-Programmed part on digikey.com brand new!!!! Better yet, buy the Winbond's W27E257 EEPROM, which is compatible to 27C256 and is available on eBay VERY CHEAP! You can program it MANY TIMES (because it's Electrically Erasable) using the TL866 programmer.

You have to provide your own programmer! But the best one I found on eBay is the MiniPro USB TL866CS Programmer. It can program a lot of chips, including the Winbond W27E257 EEPROM.
