This listing is for a Early 1900s Vintage Pig Skin Black Leather Doctors Bag By Kruse. It has a unique design with a zippered compartment on the bottom ~ the zipper on it is very hard to open and close, not sure but lubrication may help it go along. The leather holding the top clasp has broken off, but is included and the clasp still opens and closes if you want to reattach it.
