Description:

The Desiderio collection was created by Montegrappa to express the idea of deeply felt desire and the moments when emotion moves naturally onto the page. It is part of the brand’s “Emozione, Desiderio, Passione” trilogy, each representing a powerful human feeling. The name means “desire,” and the swirling resin was designed to capture that emotion in physical form. No two pens are alike, as each cap and barrel has its own unique caramel and chocolate pattern.

Finished in a deep Chocolate palette with a pearlescent, two‑tone look that shifts from dark brown to near‑black depending on the light. Polished silver‑tone hardware includes a long sculpted clip with a rolling ball at the tip with a brown accent, a cap‑top medallion, and clean banding that frames the resin. The section ring is engraved “Montegrappa” in script.

This is the rollerball version, featuring a screw‑on cap that posts securely and accepts standard rollerball refills. The body is crafted from pearlised bi‑color resin with sterling silver trim, including Montegrappa’s signature octagonal finial. A contrasting color ring encircles the cap, and when uncapped, a second accent color appears at the writing end, which is one of the line’s most elegant design details. The center band is stamped “925".
