Shipping is a flat fee $ 5.00 to the United States and U.S. Territories. International sales are shipped via the eBay International Shipping program. We will ship it to their third party vendor location for $5.00 and they will then ship the item to the respective buyer. We do not control or even know the third party vendor's fee structure. 

Please do not ask us to ship internationally any other way. Using the eBay Global International Service protects us as a buyer.
