This is a complete set in box however there were batteries left in the car which corroded the battery terminals. I cleaned it out as best I could but I think the terminals/wires are ruined and would need replaced.  The car is in decent shape otherwise for a used vintage toy. Has a few marks and some of the stickers are peeling. The controller appears to be in perfect condition and it did not have batteries in it. Box has some wear but intact. Comes with 4 cones.
