This is a genuine vintage "Jack" brand 24” blade, manufactured in Denmark. This is a rare find in unused condition, still protected by its original cardboard factory sleeve.

Unlike modern "throwaway" saws with induction-hardened teeth, this vintage tool is crafted from "Best Swedish Charcoal Steel." This high-carbon steel is legendary among woodworkers for its ability to take a razor-sharp edge and its ease of resharpening.

Key Features:

• Brand: Jack (Hans Schröder)

• Country of Origin: Made in Denmark

• Blade Material: Best Swedish Charcoal Steel (High Carbon)

• Design: "Thin Back" (Taper ground to reduce binding in the cut)

Condition:

This item is New Old Stock and has never been used. However, due to decades of storage, the blade exhibits mild cosmetic patina/surface oxidation in some areas (please see photos). This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the steel. The teeth are factory sharp and untouched. The cardboard sleeve shows shelf wear consistent with age.

Perfect for:

• Traditional woodworkers who appreciate vintage European steel.

• Collectors of Danish or Scandinavian hand tools.

• Anyone looking for a high-quality user saw to clean up and put to work.
