Official Marlboro Team Penske IndyCar "100th win" black pit crew hat. This is an actual team issue hat and is extremely rare!! The hat is brand new and has never been worn. Adjustable, one size fits all. This was the hat that was given to all Penske crew members when Gil de Ferran won the 100th IndyCar race for Penske Racing at Nazareth Speedway on May 28th, 2000.
