RETURN POLICY (PLEASE READ!)

All our items/products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at UniversalSales Online are final.
Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. All returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please Note that If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.
