An incredible, nearly 12 inches of Wyoming fossil wood from the Bighorn Basin. I have found a lot of fossil wood over the years, and this specimen is up there on how incredible fossil wood can be.

It runs from 6 inches to 3 inches wide. It is silicafied, so it would take a nice polish. It came out of the Fort Union Formation.
