Buyer's Responsibility

Customs clearance procedure in international shipping is a standard procedure which is only the buyer's responsibility. Import duty/tax is borne by the recipient of the good. In this situation in case the buyer does not retrieve the item from customs,  we are not required to process a refund for the buyer.

In case the buyer is uncooperative/unresponsive, we may request the logistics company to discard/destroy the package in case we are unwilling to have the item returned to us as this would incur additional return shipping costs. We may have the item returned or discarded by logistics as per our convenience. Additionally, as the baggage storage time at the logistics company will elapse as the item cannot be stored indefinitely, the item was discarded by the courier company as the buyer refuse to retrieve the item from customs.
