This is a lighted church water lantern which creates a beautiful display by swirling glitter around when powered on. 
This item is in good, used condition and does not have any obvious cosmetic flaws. It measures about 16 inches tall. 
As shown in the video the item does work and uses 3 AA batteries(not included).
Please note that the battery terminal showed some corrosion, which has been cleaned. This does not seem to affect the function of the item once it was cleaned. 
This item does not play any music.
