Users of the all-in-one turntable without adjustment function should play on another turntable that can be set. You cannot exchange or return defective reproduction caused by a device problem.

- If the center hole's caliber/label attachment is not smooth, exchange or return may be difficult because it may inevitably occur in production.

- There is often noise due to dust or fine foreign substances on the needle, so please check the condition of the record after cleaning with a dedicated cleaning product.
