Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

Customs & Import Duties

• If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs or delivery office (FedEx/Post).

• If the item is returned due to refusal or failed delivery (e.g., insufficient address, no receiver),
• the buyer is responsible for round trip shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of item receipt.
• Please contact us via eBay message before initiating a return our support team will assist you.
• Refunds are processed after we receive the item and verify its condition.

Standard Returns (Shipping + 10% deducted)

• All accessories must be unused and unopened.
•  Items must be intact and undamaged, with original manuals and packaging.
