This is a plastic model of Hasegawa "1/72 Air Self-Defense Force F-35 Lightning II (Type A) Beast Mode".
Beast mode with armament on the underside of the main wing is made into a kit by the assumed painting and marking of the Air Self-Defense Force ADTW.
Includes pylon, laser-guided bomb, and air-to-air missile AIM-9X sidewinder parts.
Attached decal.
