OVERVIEW

The Travelstar Ecopath H/T is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Travelstar offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire has exceptional durability. Its reinforced internal structure features a full steel belt construction, which maintains the optimal tire shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the tire. It resists the shape's deformation during the drive which improves its load carrying and withstanding capability. The optimal tire shape also improves the tire's controllability by ensuring constant road contact. The upgraded road contact increases the steering responsiveness and stabilizes the tire's structure while the model is in motion. The better load durability and easier control over the tires enhances the tire's overall performance.

The model's symmetric ribbed tread pattern, with the high-density siping detail, and its all season tire compound work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The siping detail and the tread block placement firmly grips the road surface throughout the year, while the tire compound keeps its flexible traction even in colder winter weather. The compound does not lose its traction and the additional biting edges of the siping detail firmly grip the road surface in all conditions, enabling the tire's exceptional performing capability. The tread's wide circumferential grooves upgrade the wet weather traction by dispersing water and slush from beneath the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire effectively resists hydroplaning and ensures a safer driving experience.

The Ecopath H/T offers an extended tread life. The symmetric ribbed tread design's optimized road contact enables the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the entire tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoid the formation of irregular tread wear across the tire's surface. This lengthens the tire's tread life, and with it ensures a longer lasting usability.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
