This unusually detailed railroad map depicts Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C. with counties named and in outline color.  Railroad routes are shown with every stop noted in red, black or green. Topographical features are detailed and major towns, cities, Post Offices, waterways, islands, and mountains located.

The two insets on the left depict “NORTHWESTERN PART OF MARYLAND” AND “BALTIMORE AND ENVIRONS”. A very informative view of the area as it existed in the early 1890’s.
