Micron Enterprise Solid State Drives (SSDs) are being used increasingly as data storage media in computing, communication, and multimedia devices. • Dynamic Thermal Throttling. Monitors the temperature of the SSD automatically and, if the SSD rises above safe levels, it forcibly delay I/O processing until the temperature of the SSD drops to normal levels, ensuring the safe use of expensive servers.
