Return:
- We will provide a FedEx or DHL return label.
- Buyers should personally drop off the return package at a designated FedEx/DHL Drop-off Location or ServicePoint, as we do not offer pickup services.
- The physical condition of the returned item must be the same as its original condition (excluding cases of DOA, or Dead on Arrival). We will provide clear photos of the item taken prior to the start of the return process.
