Eggs are collected fresh from active, farm-raised breeding stock and selected for shell quality and normal shape. Each egg is individually cushioned and packed to minimize movement during transit. Hatching eggs are shipped early in the week (Monday–Tuesday whenever possible) to reduce time in transit.
