Orders are dispatched using an express tracked service. Estimated delivery is approximately 3-6 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and remote areas may cause delays outside our control. Tracking will be uploaded to the eBay order when available.

Customers in remote or extended-delivery areas must contact us with the complete postcode/ZIP code before purchase. Extra delivery time, a different carrier or an additional surcharge may apply. Any extra charge must be agreed through eBay before dispatch.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges and destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility unless eBay collects them at checkout. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We declare the item and transaction value accurately and cannot mark commercial goods as gifts or provide false customs information.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because the buyer did not pay customs charges or complete import clearance, any refund will be considered only after the item returns and is inspected. Original shipping, return shipping, customs and carrier fees may be deducted only where eBay policy and applicable law permit.

Returns must be opened through the official eBay return system within the period shown in the listing. Use 30-day buyer-paid returns in the eBay return settings unless the category or applicable law requires different terms. The eBay listing settings and Money Back Guarantee take priority over conflicting wording.

For an accepted buyer-remorse return - including ordered by mistake, wrong part selected, compatibility not checked or no longer required - the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The exact item supplied, with all included components, must be securely returned in the same condition. Tracked and insured return shipping is recommended. Refunds are processed after delivery and inspection.

No blanket restocking fee is charged when an item is returned complete, unused, unaltered and in the same condition. If an eligible item is returned installed, used, altered, incomplete or damaged, a deduction may be made only to reflect the actual loss in value and only where permitted by eBay policy. A fixed 25% fee cannot be used simply to recover postage or routine restocking costs.

If the item arrives damaged, materially differs from the listing, is incorrect or is believed faulty, contact us through eBay and open the correct return request. Provide photographs, VIN, engine code, part numbers, fault details and diagnostic evidence where available. A reported vehicle fault does not automatically establish that the supplied component is defective; inspection or testing may be required. Valid claims are handled under the eBay Money Back Guarantee and applicable law.

The buyer must package the return securely and drain all fuel or liquids. The exact item and everything supplied must be returned. Items installed, altered, dismantled, repaired, contaminated, incompletely returned, damaged through installation/handling, or returned with changed wiring or disturbed identification marks may be subject to an eligible

loss-of-value deduction. Substituted items or different serial/identification marks will be reported to eBay.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item reaches the designated return address and is inspected against dispatch photographs, identification marks and recorded condition. The refund will be processed within eBay's required timeframe through the original payment method. Bank processing time may apply.
