Description:
This is a rare and highly valuable Sailor fountain pen presented as a Special Gratitude Gift by the Prime Minister of Japan.  
The model features exquisite Raden and Maki-e artwork depicting flowing cherry blossoms.  
The cap ring is engraved with “Presented by the Prime Minister,” and both the crown and nib bear the traditional “Goshichi-kiri” emblem.  
A remarkable piece combining historical significance with master craftsmanship.

The pen was only lightly test-written once by a family member and has been stored carefully at home.  
There is minimal aging and the item remains in excellent condition.
