INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You will receive a tracking number to check regularly. Please note that postal and delivery services are often unavailable on weekends and bank holidays, and extremely busy around Christmas, New Year and Easter.

SHIPPING SPEED: within EU, normally around 1-2 weeks. Outside EU, it could take longer in some cases. If you purchase an item, it will be sent within 5 working days.

RETURN AND REFUND: only possible if the item arrives to the buyer in its original condition, but it has a problem/ defect that was not specified in the listing. For example: a brand new, unopened video game arrives in perfect condition, but it doesn't work. In this case, I take care of your return fee.
