Antique Haviland Limoges France Tea Cup & Saucer – Wood Bicknall & Potter – Tea Rose Pattern – c.1880 Victorian Porcelain

An authentic antique Haviland & Co. Limoges, France porcelain tea cup and matching saucer, produced for Wood Bicknall & Potter of Providence, Rhode Island during the late Victorian era, approximately 1880.

This elegant two-piece set features Haviland's renowned hard-paste Limoges porcelain decorated with a delicate Tea Rose floral pattern, soft pastel blossoms, and a beautifully hand-finished gold gilt handle. The underside retains the original Haviland & Co. for Wood Bicknall & Potter retailer mark, helping date the set to the late nineteenth century.

Haviland porcelain has long been admired for its exceptional craftsmanship, brilliant white porcelain body, refined translucency, and timeless floral decoration. Pieces bearing early retailer marks such as Wood Bicknall & Potter are especially appealing to collectors of Victorian Limoges, antique French porcelain, and early American-imported china.
