Starting October 17 (Pacific Time), all items won on eBay will be shipped by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) —meaning no additional customs duties or fees upon arrival in the United States.Items won before October 16 will continue to be shipped by DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Under the U.S.-Japan Trade Agreement, records and CDs are generally duty-free, though customs may impose taxes at their discretion (buyer’s responsibility).
Current U.S. shipping rates remain unchanged with the introduction of DDP.
