To ensure authenticity of the returned piece, the engraved serial number must be in the same location on the base as shown in the listing and must be identical to the one provided. 

Shipping cost including insurance for this item is $25 with USPS Priority within the US. 

Always insist on a complete Lladro stamp which must include the blue flower logo.  Lladro figurines with the removed flower logo are not first choice and are sold at factory outlets. These figurines are not accepted by professional collectors
