The Kpatos FM501 A/T is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks.

The tire guarantees excellent all terrain performance. In other words, the model is capable of safely performing both on- and off-road. The flat footprint's symmetric tread block placement increases the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability, while also ensuring a safer on-road drive. The tread design allows the tire to find firm grip on all terrain surface conditions, which increases its performing versatility. The design also keeps the footprint clean at all times. The staggered tread block and wide grooves eliminate mud and snow and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. This maintains the tire's constant road contact as the footprint is not blocked from its contact with the road surface, while it actively resists stone retention from harming the tire's casing. The better contact with the road and terrain surface ensures a secure all terrain performance.

The model offers first-rate all weather traction. The durable all season tire compound and the symmetric tread pattern enhance the dry, wet and winter weather gripping ability. The compound actively resists weather damage from harming the casing, while also promoting exceptional rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder temperatures. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint to increase the wet and winter weather traction. The FM501 A/T maintains its road and terrain contact at all times. The symmetric tread design's flat footprint boosts the model's all weather and all terrain controllability. It keeps the tire's contact with the surface to enhance the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while it stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder tread block placement increases the maneuvering capability. They heighten the number of biting edges firmly gripping the road surface during cornering to provide a safer year round control.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
