The first regular season game at Levi's Stadium was on September 14, 2014, when the 49ers hosted the Chicago Bears.

While the specific game ball from the inaugural games is not a publicly prominent artifact, the 49ers Museum at Levi's Stadium houses many significant historical game balls, including the ball from "The Catch" in the 1981 NFC Championship game.

It is probable that the inaugural game balls were given to key individuals as keepsakes or are held privately, as is often the case with game-specific mementos not tied to major historical milestones.
