This is 9 inches in diameter and has NO condition issues.  It was made  the Lamberton  China Company.  The main image of Harper's Ferry in W. Va. is surrounded by 7 images of their locomotion starting  1830 with a Horse Drawn Car and ending in 1925 with the "Lord Baltimore."   The back side has a short history of the B & O Railroad.
