Not bad at all I will say the comfort is totally there it is extremely stretchy and that is why I really bought it to begin with my mother has chunky thighs and just had knee replacement nothing fit her comfortably. So she was happy about this although I could have gone down a size I believe I bought the biggest size. The application process was a breeze for the most part they did stay in place while she was laying down. Now while walking absolutely not if there was some clip on the ends or rubber I know it would have been a 5 star product…. Oh and don’t expect it to be ver thick seeing as it’s not due to the fact that your wounds need to still breathe to continue to heal.
