The Ironhead Thrasher AT IH03 is an all terrain, all weather tire made for light trucks and SUVs. Ironhead offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The aggressive tread design and the strong rubber compound enable the tire's safe performance. In this manner, this tread pattern strongly grips the road and terrain surface with extra biting edges and maintains forward motion at all times. It increases the tire's performance on soft, loose, and uneven terrains. On the other hand, this model also has a self-cleaning ability that disperses mud, snow, and rocks stuck between the tread elements, not allowing them to block the tire's contact with the driving surfaces. At the same time, this tread pattern prevents stone retention from harming the tire's casing during on- and off-road drive.

The model boosts its all weather performance. The aggressive tread pattern and the all weather compound work together to increase dry, wet, and winter-weather road grip. In other words, this tread pattern closely follows the surface at all times, while the all weather compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. Hydroplaning resistance is also offered with these large grooves on the tread area. They eliminate water and slush from the footprint, protecting the tire from slipping in wet-weather conditions.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
