Why EX120?
Even perfectly serviced transmissions wear down due to heat and friction. Metal surfaces become scratched, worn, and deformed. In high-load areas, clusters of atoms may tear off, leading to progressive wear. Traditionally this could not be reversed—until EX120.
Once added, EX120 rebuilds metal atom by atom. It catalyzes the formation of carbides and a ceramic–metal layer that bonds to the surface. The coating adapts to maximum thickness, never cakes, and diffuses into the metal, creating a highly durable gradient layer.
