It is a upgraded professional digital rotary viscometer with reliable test result. It is used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newton typed liquid and apparent viscosity of non-newton liquid. This instrument provides quick, correct data, with ±1% accuracy. Easy to operate and anti-interference.
It adopts micro-computer technology, can easily manual set or auto adjust rotor number & speed range before testing. Also can process data from sensor and display liquid viscosity value, full range percentage value on big LCD screen.
NDJ-8S has wide measuring range: 10-2000000mpa.s, Equipped 4 rotors(1/2/3/4) with 0.3/0.6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm speed.
NDJ-9S has wide measuring range: 10-100000mpa.s, equipped 4 rotors(1/2/3/4) with 0.3/0.6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm speed.
SNB-1 has wide measuring range: 10-100000mpa.s, equipped 4 rotors(1/2/3/4) with0.3/0.6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm speed. .Better than other products on market, it also equipped with a RS232 interface to connect and transmit data into computer, printer etc.
This instrument is a rotary viscometer, rotor could be rotated constantly by the variable speed motor. Rotate the standard rotor, the rotors will subject to a torque moment proportional to liquid viscosity because of the liquid viscose hysteresis. The torque moment will be measured by the sensors and processed into the viscosity and shown on the display.
Can be widely used in the field of grease, painting, plastic, pharmacy, jewelry accessory, detergent, lab etc.

Rate can be changed by using gear system and clutch, operated by rotary knob, four optional velocity.
Different rotors (Five rotors: NO.1-NO.4) will be attached, it can be select with the velocity according tothe viscosity of the liquid
