Installation Guide:

- Begin by safely lifting and securing your vehicle, ensuring it is properly supported to prevent accidents.
- Remove the front wheel on the side requiring replacement using appropriate tools.
- Locate the existing CV axle and carefully detach it from the hub assembly and transmission.
- Align and insert the new CV axle (Part Number: 66-8183) into the designated position, ensuring the splines align correctly.
- Securely fasten the axle nut and ABS ring, checking for proper engagement and fitment.
- Reinstall the front wheel, and lower the vehicle safely to the ground.
- It is recommended to torque the axle nut to the specified ratings provided by your vehicle manufacturer.

How to Replace a CV Axle:

1. Removing the Vehicle’s hubcap，hubcap，axle nut

2. Jack up the appropriate side of the vehicle with jack stands

3. Removing the Wheel and Brake Assembly
Disassemble the wheel
Disassemble the brake caliper
Unbolt the outer tie rod from steering knuckle
Unbolt the hub from the strut tower

4. Remove and Replacing the CV Axle
Pry the CV joint. use a small pry bar or sturdy flathead screwdriver to pry the axle from the joint.  replace the faulty axle.
