A Technics SL-10, the jacket-size full-automatic turntable released in 1979. Known for its quartz-controlled direct drive and linear tracking arm, it drew major attention at the time and remains a well-regarded classic. This unit has been tested and confirmed working, and has been fully serviced.
Condition:
Tested and confirmed working. Fully serviced.
Numerous small scratches are present throughout. There are notably large, visible scratches and dullness on the front and rear-top surfaces, along with a dent next to the power button. Please understand that this is a vintage item.
[Maintenance performed]
The rubber tracking belt in the linear tracking mechanism has been replaced with an equivalent part
Switches have been disassembled and cleaned
The lamp, originally a bulb prone to burning out, has been replaced with a warm-white LED matching the original color tone
Gears, pulleys, and the slide shaft have been cleaned with alcohol and re-greased
The rubber insulator feet have been replaced with equivalent-performance parts due to rubber degradation
The cartridge fitted is a Technics EPC-P80. The stylus tip shows little visible wear, but as it is a consumable part, its remaining lifespan cannot be guaranteed. (The stylus is included as a bonus item only and is not covered under any warranty or guarantee.)
