Warranty and Service Notice

Warranty is valid only in South Korea.
No free repair service is available in the United States.
US service centers provide paid repair options only.
DJI Care Refresh cannot be activated outside Korea.

Once the sealed package is opened, any issues such as malfunction operational errors or defects must be handled through the local DJI service center in your country.
We do not accept returns refunds or compensation for problems that occur after the item has been opened.

US Buyer Notice
