Important Note)
For Buyers in the United States:
The listed item price and shipping cost already include import duties and taxesfor delivery within the United States.You will not be required to pay any additional customs feesor import-related charges upon delivery.
For Buyers Outside the United States:
The listed item price and shipping cost do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees .These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local customs authority or courier service upon delivery. Buyers are strongly encouraged to check their country’s import duties, tax rates, and postal regulations before making a purchase.
Shipping Shipping Methods:
- Orders are shipped via Standard Shipping or FedEx / DHL (Expedited Shipping) , depending on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
- Please note that international shipping fees have increased compared to previous years.
Order Processing & Handling Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
- All packages include a tracking number for delivery confirmation.
Shipping Address:
- We can only ship to the address registered on your eBay account .
- If you require delivery to a different address, please update your address on eBay before placing the order .
Customs Declaration:
- In compliance with international trade regulations, we cannot undervalue items or mark them as “gifts.”
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility .
- Insurance & Damage Claims:
- Upon delivery, please inspect the condition of the item in the presence of the delivery staff .
- If any damage or loss is found, report it immediately to the courier to ensure insurance coverage.
Remote Area Surcharge:
- For addresses located in remote or extended delivery areas , the courier may charge an additional fee .
- In such cases, we will contact you to request extra payment via PayPal prior to shipment.
Lithium Battery Notice:
Some countries (including Germany, France, Italy, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Nigeria , and others) do not allow postal shipment of lithium batteries via Japan Post (EMS / SAL).
If your order includes lithium batteries, please choose one of the following options:
- Ship without the lithium battery (battery removed).
- Upgrade shipping to FedEx or DHL (additional cost required).
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
Please check your country’s import and postal regulations before placing an order. Return Policy / No Refund
Please note the return and refund policy are as follows:
- This is a used musical instrument, sold as-is without any warranty or calibration guarantee.
- No return or refund is accepted for issues related to testing, compatibility, or connection to other accessories, or power on. Returne accepted under significantly not as described only.
- No returns for appearance reasons (such as scratches, color fading, label wear, or damage to the product box) will be accepted .
- The buyer is responsiblefor ensuring compatibility with their system and local power environment.
- Improper connection to accessories, wiring errors, or static discharge can result in malfunction.
In case of a return request:
- The buyer must return the item to the seller’s return address at the buyer’s expense .
- If, after inspection, the item is found to be within the conditions mentioned above (for example, not defective or returned for apperacen reasons),
- If the seller’s fault is confirmed (for example, the item is significantly not as described or defective as shipped),
- the seller will either send a replacement or refund the purchase price and the return shipping fee .
