For sale I have this brooch based on the Scottish Dirk, it is 3 1/4 inches long, the amber glass stone could bel a citrone whilst the other three stones are agate. The pin on the back has a closure at the pointy end. The brand name MIRACLE is present  stamped on the back just below the handle
