Description:

Lot of 100 military-spec metal film resistors, type RLR07C1500GS, 150Ω ±2%, 0.25W (1/4W) in axial epoxy-coated bodies with pre-formed “Z” leads for PCB mounting. These are Vishay / Dale / IRC RLR07 series parts qualified to MIL-PRF-39017/01 with failure-rate level S (0.001%/1000 h) and ±100 ppm/°C tempco. Packed in the original ESD/MIL bag (see photos), this is clean New Old Stock ideal for high-reliability builds or stocking a lab with quality resistors.

Modern uses:

- Precision pull-ups / bias networks in analog and digital circuits

- Power supply sense, feedback and current-limit resistors

- Repair or restoration of military / aerospace and high-rel equipment

Compatibility note:

These are standard axial metal film resistors rated 150Ω, 1/4W at 70°C, ±2% tolerance, MIL-PRF-39017 RLR07 size. They can substitute for most 150Ω 1/4W metal film or carbon film resistors as long as the 0.25W rating and −65…+150°C operating range meet your design needs. Lead form is pre-bent for PCB holes but can be carefully straightened if necessary; always verify lead spacing and clearance on your specific board before installation.
