Oh this is an oldie but a goodie as how American can a ring get with 3 eagles?

No maker's mark but STER 12K is clearly visible on the inside shank.  could use with a professional cleaning.  A tad over a size 12, this ring is looking for a new finger to hang on to.  13.2 grams.
