To initiate a return, please open a case on eBay, and I'll provide a free return label within the 14-day timeframe.

When returning the item, please make sure it is in its original packaging and securely wrapped to prevent any damage during transit. If the item is returned without the original packaging or missing contents, eBay may deny the return. So, please keep all boxes and accessories.

Building Blocks: If you purchased a building set and have already built or begun assembling it, we cannot accept a return, as it is considered used. If any pieces are missing, contact us and we will send replacements free of charge.

CarPlay Retrofit Units: All CarPlay units are built to order and fully tested before dispatch. Returning a unit as faulty without contacting us first may incur up to a 25% restocking fee, as it must be inspected by a technician for damage.
