Every jacket is handcrafted to your selected size and colour. This stage takes 10-15 days.

Want tweaks to the size? or custom logos? Message us — we’ll be happy to adjust. (see more below)

Not sure about sizing? Send us your height and weight, and we’ll recommend the best fit.

3. Expert Craftsmanship

Each jacket is carefully stitched and finished by skilled artisans, ensuring durability and attention to detail. We ensure a rigorous quality check to ensure all specifications are met. 

4. Tracked Delivery

Once complete, your jacket is posted via Royal Mail 1ˢᵗ Class Tracked postage directly to your door — UK, EUR, US and worldwide shipping available

Personalization Order / Made-to-Measure

Our expert manufacturing team takes pride in crafting made-to-measure orders. Should you prefer, we can create a custom-fit piece just for you. 

For a custom order, please:

1. Place your order WITH ANY SIZE

2. Send us a direct message via ebay of the following:

Chest Size : Measure the circumference around the fullest area of chest

Natural Waist Size : Measure the circumference around the narrowest area of waist

Lower Waist Size : Measure the circumference around the fullest area of waist

Sleeves Outseam : Measure from your shoulder seam, with your arm slightly bent, to the tip of your wrist

Shoulder Width : Measure from the tip of one shoulder, across your back to the tip of your shoulder

Since custom-sized orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order. If you need any assistance, our customer service team is happy to help!

Manufacturing Policy and Shipping Policy

Our standard Manufacturing time-frame is 10-15 days, as these are custom hand-made items. 

Our standard shipping policy is Royal Mail tracked 1st class delivery which takes 1-2 days for UK customers and Royal Mail international tracked 7-10 days for international.

For international buyers outside the UK, any applicable customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchange & Return Policy  

We offer a 30-day return policy for all NON-PERSONALISED orders from the date of delivery. Please ensure you select the correct size using our provided size chart. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing, and we’ll gladly assist you in choosing the right fit.  

If your required size isn’t listed in our chart, email us to discuss a custom order. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility in case of returns or exchanges.
