Note: Please study the images carefully to determine the condition of this vintage photograph, as it may not be in perfect condition. It may contain wrinkles, cracks, and possibly even tears due to its age and how it was handled before it got to us. A scanner may interpret colors and contrast differently than human eyes will, so it is possible that the actual photograph may be slightly darker or lighter in person.

This is an original press photo. Dr. Heinz J. Wittig with Rotorod pollen sampler. Being allergic to something is bad enough, but New Orleans' hot and humid climate adds insult to injury. Mold spores, flying off the mildew that grows on almost everything in the metropolitan area, compound the usual aggravation caused by dust, animal hair and pollen. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 8-29-1981.
