I believe it is brand new though to me the plastic looks funny but the top playstation sticker seems intact.the plastic has a small gash on the back.dirty from storage.feels heavy and nothing is rattling around inside.to protect myself from the rare scammers it's being sold as is.truthfully I should send this to be graded but that is too costly for me right now
