This original French commercial poster from the 1980s remains unfolded and measures 18" x 24" (46 x 61 cm). Created by Lucien-Henri Weiluc, a distinguished French illustrator and poster designer active from the early 1900s until his death in 1947 at age 73, this piece reflects his prolific career in satirical design and advertising. Weiluc's work appeared across prominent publications and he designed campaigns for notable clients including the automobile manufacturer A. Clement and the humorous periodical Le Frou-frou. His illustrations also accompanied musical compositions by Alfred Amadei. A fine example of French commercial poster artistry from this celebrated designer's era.

There is a tear top centre of the poster and some creasing from being tightly rolled in the past. Pin holes.
