Combined shipping at a rate of $.25/card up to 3 cards on all auctions under $20

At 4 cards, you pay the total of shipping cost of all listings and I cover the difference for ground advantage shipping. 

Max shipping cost of $5 regardless of the amount of purchases in a single order. 

Example:

You buy 1 card under $20:  Pay the listed shipping cost

You buy 2 cards under $20:  Shipping cost of card 1 plus $.25

You buy 3 cards under $20:  Shipping cost of card 1 plus $.50

You buy 4 cards under $20:  Pay the total shipping cost of the 4 cards and get your order shipped ground advantage.

You buy 5+ cards under $20:  Max shipping cost of $5 and your order ships ground advantage. 

If you purchase more than 1 card that is listed to ship ground advantage, you will pay the shipping cost of the 1st card only.  Any additional shipping costs will be reduced to $0.
