Not all photocards are in perfect condition. There
are some defects which do occur during the manufacturing or packaging process
from the manufacturer side. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not possible
for such reasons.
Unlike other sellers, we do not sell
photocards with any significant imperfections since we inspect every photo card
carefully before packaging for the shipment. In the case of all PVC Lucky
draw photocards, there are always some scratches due to material problems.
Please refer to it before purchasing. If you are sensitive to the
condition of photo cards, please ask us about the condition to avoid any
potential problems before placing an order.
<Shipping>
1) All orders ship out from Korea to each country in the following week of
its purchase, not in the same week.
2)The standard delivery will usually
take:
-US : 1~3 weeks
-Canada : 1~6 weeks
-Europe : 1~4 weeks
-South America : 4~8 Weeks
-Asia : 2~6 weeks
3)Since the
pandemic, many countries have switched to contactless delivery services, which
means that packages can be left in mailboxes or held at the post office without
prior notice. If a package is undelivered due to the absence of the recipient,
it may be held by the post office for up to 7 days before being returned.
Please check the status of your parcel from time to time. We do not have
any control over the delivery process in each country and a buyer has
responsibility to receive and find the undelivered package. We won?t be
able to compensate you, if it is returned for this reason.
<Cancellation&Return
Policy>
1) All Sales are Final! No
Cancellation&Returns!!
You will be
fully refunded in the case of defects which are made from the delivery process,
not for the defects from the manufacturing side which are mentioned in our
store policy regarding defects.
2) When you ask for a refund by other reason, not
defects, you will be charged a 10% restocking
fee and only refunded 90% of your total. Also, you will be charged for the round trip shipping cost as well.
3) Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your
eBay account. Missed delivery as a result of an address or name error submitted by the
customer is not our responsibility. Packages returned as "Unclaimed,
Undeliverable or address error" will be re-shipped at the customer's
expense.

For Brazil customers, we undervalue the goods to be within the customs range,
so if customs asks a buyer for taxes, it is the buyer's responsibility to
resolve it, not ours. We do not accept refunds or returns for this
reason. Of course, we can give you an invoice and amount that you can present
to customs, so hopefully you will be proactive in resolving tax issue with
Brazil customs.

+Photocards are very delicate items. It can have
small spots or scratches from its production process. We confirmed this issue
through the manufacturer. Therefore, we always double check all the
photocards very carefully so most of our goods do not have any notable
defects. If we have goods with any evident defects, we will contact the
buyer first. So please note that slight scratches, discolorations, or
uneven cutting from its production are not a defect of the product, no reason
for return of goods
