Installation method:

Remove the screws

Lower one side of base into stake pocket

Center Bull Ring in hole

Lift by ring and "hook" behind lip of pocket

Pull up on ring while installing screws

Tighten by hand with wrench

Do Not Over Tighten?

Not for the truck topside bed, only for the truck inside bed

Do not over tighten while installing
