3. For example: if the voltmeter shows 207VDC, the actual AC voltage is 207V DC/0.9=230V AC.
1. If used as a voltmeter, the measurement time should not be more than 20S when measuring the AC voltage 230V.
2. For the safe use of discharger, it is recommended to use it for the occasions below 600VDC.
3. Before discharging the capacitor, please disconnect the 230V AC voltage first.
